Diodes, Inc. Included Again in Electronic Business Magazine's List of 30 Best Small Electronics Companies

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality discrete and analog semiconductors, today announced that for the third consecutive year it has been included in Electronic Business Magazine's nationwide List of the 30 Best Small Electronics Companies, ranking 29th this year.

The list of the 30 best small electronics companies is based on annual revenue growth from 2003 through 2005 and takes into consideration both quantitative factors, such as profitability, quarter-to-quarter revenue growth, and future growth potential, as well as qualitative attributes, such as innovation, leadership and technology. The survey examines more than 200 public electronics companies with annual revenues below $250 million that have exhibited strong annual and quarterly revenue growth, as well as a short list of noteworthy private companies. Sources also include a number of public databases, Internet resources, Electronic Business files and nominations submitted by Electronic Business readers. Additional information comes from Securities and Exchange Commission filings, secondary sources and the companies themselves.

A separate article in the Business Times on April 21-27 ranks Diodes #3 among the top five stocks in the tri-county area, with a 123.3% return on investment over the past year.
