Diodes, Inc. Ranked 16th in Forbes' 2007 ''America's 200 Best Small Companies''

Ranked 2nd in Five-Year EPS Growth

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 2007--Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq:DIOD), a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality application specific standard products within the broad discrete and analog semiconductor markets, today announced that for the fourth consecutive year the Company has been named among "America's 200 Best Small Companies" in Forbes magazine, ranking 16th overall and 2nd in five-year earnings per share (EPS) growth according to the October 2007 issue.

To determine the "200 Best Small Companies," Forbes selected public companies with revenues between $5 million and $750 million and share prices above $5 as of October 1. Additionally, in order to be considered for inclusion, companies must have sustained sales and net profit growth over twelve-month and five-year periods. According to Forbes, Diodes' average sales and profit growth over five years were 28 percent and 162 percent, respectively, with average return on equity of 18 percent over the same five year period.
