WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., June 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality discrete semiconductors, today announced that for the first time the Company has been named among "The 2005 List of 100 Best Small Companies" in BusinessWeek magazine, scoring 28th in the overall ranking in the June 2005 issue. In terms of earnings growth, Diodes scored an impressive fourth rank, with annual earnings growth for the past three years of 422.7%, compared to the Top 100's average annual earnings growth for the same period of 118.9%.

BusinessWeek pulled from Standard & Poor's COMPUSTAT database of more than 10,000 publicly traded corporations and examined the top 2,200 super achievers with revenues of $50 million to $1.5 billion a year.
