Diodes Incorporated Announces Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter 2005 Results

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., July 12, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality discrete semiconductors, will host a conference call on Thursday, July 28, 2005 at 8 a.m. Pacific Time (11 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss its second quarter 2005 results.

Joining Keh-Shew Lu, President and CEO of Diodes Incorporated, will be Carl Wertz, Chief Financial Officer, and Mark King, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The Company plans to distribute its earnings announcement that same day at 6 a.m. Pacific Time (9 a.m. Eastern Time).
