The Annual Meeting will be conducted at the Westin Stonebriar Resort, located at 1549 Legacy Drive, Frisco, Texas 75034. Diodes' President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Keh-Shew Lu, and Chief Financial Officer, Richard D. White, will chair the meeting and provide a brief presentation.
