WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), today increased its revenue guidance for the fourth quarter of 2005.

The Company now expects fourth quarter revenue to be in the 10-12% sequential growth range from its record third quarter revenue of $54.2 million, and continues to expect comparable gross margins to the third quarter of 2005.

Better than expected demand in both Asia and North America for the Company's discrete components, primarily in consumer electronic and PC end-markets, are fueling the growth.
