Diodes Incorporated Receives Samsung Outstanding Supplier Award 2003

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 13, 2004--Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq:DIOD), a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality discrete semiconductors, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Diodes Incorporated Taiwan Co., Ltd., was named the outstanding supplier of discrete components by Samsung Electronics Taiwan Co., Ltd for 2003.

Diodes, Inc. was recognized as one of the ten outstanding suppliers of Samsung for excellent sales and marketing performance that contributed to the enhancement of Samsung's position in the worldwide electronics industry. The evaluation standards included general management performance, product development, quality control, cost control and customer satisfaction.
