Diodes Incorporated Recognized Among Fastest Growing Technology Companies in Deloitte & Touche 2003 Los Angeles Technology Fast 50

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 2003--Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality discrete semiconductors, announced today that it has been named one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the Los Angeles area, according to Deloitte & Touche. The ranking and specific achievements of this year's winners will be announced at an awards banquet in West Los Angeles on September 9th.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, a company must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 1998 and $1 million in 2002.
