Diodes Incorporated Announces Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2006 Results

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Jan 16, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Diodes Incorporated (NasdaqGS: DIOD), a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality discrete and analog semiconductors, will host a conference call on Tuesday, February 6th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2006 results.

Joining Dr. Keh-Shew Lu, President and CEO of Diodes Incorporated, will be Carl Wertz, Chief Financial Officer, Mark King, Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Rick White, Sr. Vice President of Finance. The Company plans to distribute its earnings announcement that same day at 1 p.m. Pacific Time (4 p.m. Eastern Time).
