ISO/TS 16949:2002 was developed by The International Automotive Task Force (IATF), in conjunction with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Meeting this standard reflects the Company's commitment to providing the highest-quality products and services to its customers, and is an endorsement of the Company's commitment not only to understanding and meeting customer needs, but also to enhancing customer satisfaction.

"The standards needed to be met to achieve the ISO/TS 16949:2002 qualification were rigorous, and meeting them allows us to do business with those customers looking for manufacturers and suppliers who meet these stringent standards," said Dr. Keh-Shew Lu, President and CEO of Diodes Incorporated.

ISO/TS 16949:2002 certifications were awarded to Diodes' Shanghai KaiHong Electronics Company, Ltd. and Diodes Shanghai Company, Ltd., Diodes' two manufacturing facilities located in Shanghai, China.

The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies, comprising members from 156 countries. The object of the organization is to promote the development of standardization and related activities throughout the world, with a view to facilitating the international exchange of goods and services and the development of cooperation in the spheres of intellectual, scientific, technological and economic activity.
