Diodes Incorporated to Open NASDAQ Stock Market; May 31st Ceremony Commemorates Five Years of NASDAQ Trading

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 2005--Diodes Incorporated, (Nasdaq:DIOD) a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality discrete semiconductors, today announced that Diodes' Chairman of the Board, Raymond Soong, President and CEO, C. H. Chen, and other members of its senior management team and Board of Directors, will open The NASDAQ trading day on May 31, 2005, celebrating the five year anniversary of the Company's migration to the NASDAQ National Market from the American Stock Exchange (Amex).
