Diodes Incorporated Ranks in BusinessWeek's ``2007 List of 100 Hot Growth Companies''

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2007--Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq:DIOD), a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-quality application specific standard products within the broad discrete and analog semiconductor markets, today announced that for the third consecutive year the Company has been ranked among "The 100 Hot Growth Companies" in BusinessWeek magazine, scoring 49th in the overall ranking published in the June 2007 issue. In addition, Diodes, Inc. was ranked #10 based on a two-year total stock return of 89% from among the Hot Growth Companies included in BusinessWeek's 2005 list.

To determine the "100 Hot Growth Companies" BusinessWeek began with Standard and Poor's Compustat database of 10,000 public companies, which was narrowed to include companies with annual revenue between $50 million and $1.5 billion, market capitalization of at least $25 million and a stock price of at least $5 per share. Companies meeting these criteria were then ranked by three-year sales and earnings growth as well as return on capital. Diodes performance in these three areas, based on BusinessWeek calculations, includes average annual sales and profit growth of 33.7% and 64.1% respectively, and return on capital of 15.2%.
